The classic HIIT interval, soundtracked by your own playlist. Audio cues count down every rest period so you know when to push and when to breathe.

Focus

Custom

Set the work, rest, and round count yourself. Whatever shape your session needs.

30 seconds on, 15 off, 20 rounds — for deep work in short pulses. Or 90 on, 0 off — for a back-to-back focus block. Audio cues mark every transition.
